Got Pickles?

With our fruitful garden this summer, we have abundance supply of zucchini and yellow squash.

We had enough pickling cucumbers we are growing that we picked over the last three days to try to make pickles. We are even trying to pickle zucchini.

We used the recipes from America's Test Kitchen Canning Book.

We canned 4 pints of cucumbers and 4 pints of zucchini yesterday.

Can't wait to taste them in a few days.
