Bulking up.....Not! My knee

My knee post op two weeks

Strengthening my quads

Knee flexion sets

Knee walks

With being post op a little over 2 weeks, I think I am doing okay.

I have my daily knee exercises that I have to do. Lots of strengthening exercises.

I should have a nice bulky muscular thigh when I am finished PT. Not! A girl can dream can't she?

Starting my day today by having a PT appointment in the middle of the morning.

Let's see how do since it has been a week since my last PT appointment.
